Having just moved to Bethesda, I had no way to get online ( fixed now, I got FIOS ). To remedy the situation, I visited the Montgomery Public Libraries website, where I located a library nearby, and learned that they offer wireless internet to the public.
I went to the Main Library 1 at 7400 Arlington Rd, and immediately went for the quite study room, enclosed in glass. Unfortunately, the wireless quality in there was very spotty, so I tried in the main reading area and was up and running quickly.
