This weekend I move into the Parkside Condominium Community, not as an owner but as a renter. I’m still new to the Bethesda / Washington, D.C. area, and I think I’ve found a good place.
I did a little research on the site, and found some interesting information. It was originally built as rentals, but converted to condos in the early 1980s. The entire place is really in great shape for having been built several decades ago, which leads me to believe that they have done a good job of maintaining everything.
For a seemingly low-key area, I was surprised to learn that there are almost one thousand units in over one hundred buildings! That is huge!
