I've been noticing some of those cheesy roadside disposable signs around town lately that especially caught my attention - "Annoyed by Speed Cameras?" - and apparently someone is running for office on the basis that citizens are fed up with speed cameras.
I tried to look up who is running, but I can't seem to find the website. I think it was something like "Craig for Maryland" or something like that. I'll have to write it down!
UPDATE: Yes - I was right! The website is: CraigForMaryland.com
As much as I like the idea of changing the way the speed cameras are setup and administered, I dislike those disposable roadside signs even more!!

I'd vote for him based on that. Speed cameras are there as a revenue source for local governments. There is no easy way for a citizen to test their accuracy and are just forced to pay the fine and shut up about it. The only reason they are in Montgomery County to begin with is because the MD legislature overrode Governor Ehrlich's veto of them. Now we have them statewide! I have no clue who Craig is, but he's got my vote!
