Hearings have started to discuss the dismal, pathetic quality of service rendered by Pepco. I’ve said enough on the topic, but I have to quote Eric Friedman:
“It’s a cumbersome procedure, it’s going on and on,” he said. “Pepco’s got a lot of lawyers. It seems their lawyers are better than their linemen, and it’s going to take a long time to get to any improvement.”
Yes, Pepco is spending our money on lawyers to argue that they deserve our money without doing anything for it. Yay.
